Panel-ready Bertazzoni appliances require the appropriate furniture panel or compatible Bertazzoni door panel and handle arrangement. Do not treat a panel-ready model as an ordinary stainless-steel appliance merely because a stainless panel can be purchased separately.

Bertazzoni built-in fridges and freezers

Integrated Bertazzoni refrigerators and freezers are designed to sit behind kitchen furniture or compatible appliance panels. Current tall 177cm models include dedicated refrigerators, dedicated freezers and combined bottom-mount fridge freezers.

Dedicated refrigerator and freezer columns can be useful where separate cold-storage compartments are preferred, while a combined fridge freezer uses a single cabinet opening for both fresh and frozen food.

Door-on-door or sliding-door fridge freezer?

Bertazzoni offers built-in fridge freezers using different furniture-door systems. With a door-on-door installation, the kitchen furniture door is fixed directly to the appliance door. A sliding-door installation uses a sliding linkage between the furniture front and appliance door.

These systems are not interchangeable without checking the kitchen furniture. When replacing an existing integrated fridge freezer, establish the hinge system as well as the appliance height, width and depth before ordering.

Bertazzoni freestanding fridge freezers

Freestanding Bertazzoni refrigeration includes bottom-mount fridge freezers as well as wider French-door designs. Bottom-mount appliances place everyday refrigerated food above the freezer compartment, while French-door models provide wider refrigerator storage with freezer drawers below.

For freestanding models, allow sufficient clearance around the appliance and enough room for doors and freezer drawers to open fully. Check handle projection and surrounding cabinetry where the refrigerator sits between tall units.

French-door fridge freezers

Selected 45cm wine columns accommodate up to approximately 52 bottles, while wider 60cm versions provide space for up to approximately 80 bottles. Dual-zone wine storage

Dual temperature zones allow different sections of the wine cooler to be set independently. This is useful when storing red and white wine at different temperatures within the same appliance.

Bertazzoni wine columns also use wooden racks, humidity control, anti-UV glazing and compressor vibration damping on selected models to create a more stable storage environment for wine.

Left hinge, right hinge and reversible doors

Door orientation is particularly important for tall built-in appliances and wine columns. Some refrigerators and freezers have reversible hinges, while wine-column variants may be supplied as dedicated left- or right-hinged models.
