Rangemaster 5-Year Warranty Terms & Conditions

Claim a Rangemaster 5-year parts and labour warranty on eligible range cookers purchased between 1 September and 31 October 2026 and delivered by 31 January 2027.

1. To claim your 5-year warranty, you must have purchased an eligible Rangemaster range cooker between 1 September and 31 October 2026, with delivery completed by 31 January 2027. Please see the qualifying model families below.

2. The promotion is limited to one claim per eligible range cooker and one claim per household.

3. Claims must be made by completing the online redemption form at www.rangemaster.co.uk/5-year-warranty. You must provide proof of purchase detailing the product purchased, proof of delivery, date of purchase, serial number of the range cooker purchased and the retailer from whom it was purchased.

4. Customers with incomplete claims will be notified by email and must submit the missing information within seven days. After this period, the claim will be deemed invalid.

5. Claims for the 5-year parts and labour warranty must be made within 28 days of delivery. The final date for submitting a claim is 28 February 2027.

6. Retailers cannot make claims on behalf of consumers.

7. Once a claim has been submitted, please allow 28 days for verification.

8. This offer is open only to residents of the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey, aged 18 years or over.

9. Employees of AGA Rangemaster Ltd, their families, agents and anyone else professionally associated with this offer are excluded.

10. This offer is subject to availability.

11. Appliance Superstore and/or AGA Rangemaster Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time and/or unilaterally change the terms and conditions without incurring any liability.

12. AGA Rangemaster Ltd does not accept responsibility for misdirected, delayed or lost claims, incomplete or illegible claim forms, or claims damaged in the post. Claims by fax or telephone will not be accepted. Only claims made online at www.rangemaster.co.uk or by post to Rangemaster 5 Year Warranty Promotion, AGA Rangemaster Ltd, Station Road, Ketley, Telford, Shropshire, TF1 5AQ, will be eligible. Incomplete or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.
