We’re pleased to offer free standard delivery on all orders over £300 to most UK postcodes. For orders under £300, a small delivery charge will apply, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Our standard delivery service operates within a 3–7 working day window from the date of your order, depending on stock availability and delivery routing.
At checkout, you’ll have the option to request a preferred delivery date. Please note that this is a chargeable service and, while we’ll always do our best to meet your request, it cannot be guaranteed. If we’re unable to deliver on the preferred date you’ve paid for, the additional charge will be refunded in full.
All deliveries are made as standard by a single driver to a ground-floor room of your choice, provided there is safe and accessible entry. If your order is particularly large, heavy, or difficult to manoeuvre, we recommend selecting the two-person delivery option at checkout. This service carries an additional charge and ensures your appliance is delivered safely and efficiently.
For most deliveries in London, the South East, and the Home Counties, you can expect your order within 3–5 working days. For the rest of the UK, delivery is typically completed within 3–7 working days.
Express delivery may also be available on selected items to Kent, London, Surrey, Essex, Sussex, and the South East — please contact us on 01622 541 550 for availability and a tailored quote.
Free delivery excludes certain postcodes including ZE, KW, BT, HS, IM, GY, JE, TR, PL, LL, IV, PH, AB, DD, FK, PA, KY, LD and PO30–PO41, as well as TQ7 and TQ8. If you live in one of these areas, we can possibly still arrange delivery, but a charge may apply.
