Discover the WTD165 WPM 8/5kg Lotus White WT1 Washer-Dryer with 8kg washing, 5kg drying, 1500rpm and quiet, efficient laundry care for every day.
The Miele WTD165 WPM freestanding washer dryer in Lotus White delivers efficient, flexible laundry care for busy homes. With an 8kg washing capacity, 5kg drying capacity, 1500rpm spin speed, Energy Rating D and a low 62dB(A) noise rating, it is designed to handle everyday loads with reliable performance and gentle fabric care.
Why choose the Miele WTD165 WPM freestanding washer dryer?
Choose the WTD165WPM if you want Miele wash and dry care in one quiet, space-saving appliance. Its 8kg wash and 5kg dry capacity suits everyday laundry, while the 1500rpm spin, PerfectCare, Honeycomb Drum and automatic fluff rinsing help protect fabrics and keep maintenance simple. Miele@home, AddLoad and Delay Start add useful flexibility, making this a strong fit for homes that want smart, reliable laundry care and do not need higher-tier extras such as TwinDos or a 1600rpm spin.
Smart and flexible laundry care
The AddLoad function lets you add or remove forgotten items even after the programme has started, giving you greater flexibility during the wash.
With Miele@home, this Miele washer dryer can connect to your home WiFi router and the Miele Cloud, so you can network compatible Miele appliances conveniently and securely. Operation is simple through the Miele app, voice control or integration into existing Smart Home solutions.
Delay Start and the countdown indicator make it easier to fit laundry around your day. You can delay the start of a programme by up to 24 hours, while the display shows when the current programme is due to finish.
Quiet, efficient performance
The ProfiEco Motor is a powerful, economical inverter drive that is quiet and maintenance-free. As the motor is electronically controlled and does not require carbon brushes, it operates without wear for efficient laundry care over many years.
This model is also Quiet Mark Certified, meaning it has been technically assessed and certified as a quiet appliance.
Thermo Spin helps save time and electricity during drying by tumbling garments in a current of hot air before the drying cycle begins. The spin speed is then gradually increased to reduce water content.
Miele tests continuous performance for up to 10,000 hours, the equivalent of 20 years’ use, for long-lasting laundry care you can depend on.
Easy controls and gentle fabric care
DirectSensor touch controls keep operation straightforward, with information shown on a 4-line Clear Text Display for easy programme selection and monitoring.
The Honeycomb Drum has a sculptured surface that allows laundry to glide gently on a thin film of water. This helps care for textiles, supports more uniform drying and smooths fabrics more effectively.
PerfectCare Technology combines four innovative functions to support precise washing and drying results. The Honeycomb Drum treats fabrics gently, while PerfectDry and Thermo Spin help deliver accurate and efficient drying. PerfectCare also removes fluff automatically, so there is no need to remove it by hand.
The Rinse Out Fluff programme removes fluff remaining inside the machine after the last drying cycle. The condenser channel, suds container and drum are rinsed clean within a few minutes to help avoid textile discolouration caused by transmitted fluff.
Programmes for everyday fabrics
This Miele washer dryer includes specialist programmes for a wide range of garments and fabrics.
Delicates provides optimum care for synthetic fibres to help them stay beautiful and keep their shape.
Woollens treats delicate wool fabrics gently to help prevent shrinkage and felting while maintaining quality.
Shirts reduces creasing and makes ironing shirts and blouses significantly easier.
Denim helps protect jeans against unsightly bleached stripes and creases.
Express dries small laundry loads quickly when time is limited.
Water protection for added reassurance
The Waterproof Metal System (WPM) provides a high level of protection against flooding and water damage. It uses a water level sensor and float switch, while the metal-braided inlet hose helps protect against external damage. This space-saving system is especially practical for washer dryers installed in confined spaces.
Miele also provides a Water Protection Guarantee for appliances fitted with Miele water protection systems and used for the equivalent of 20 years. Under the terms and conditions of the water protection system, Miele will bear the costs for property damage resulting from any defect of the system, provided the appliance has been professionally installed.
