Fully Integrated vs Semi-Integrated Miele Dishwashers
A fully integrated Miele dishwasher sits behind a matching kitchen furniture door, with its controls concealed along the upper edge. This is a popular choice for fitted kitchens where the dishwasher should blend into the surrounding cabinetry.
A semi-integrated dishwasher also requires suitable kitchen furniture, but its control panel remains visible. The Miele G 7210 SCi provides this option within our current collection.
45cm, 60cm and XXL Miele Dishwashers
Most Miele integrated dishwashers are approximately 60cm wide, with current full-size models offering 13 or 14 place settings. For narrower kitchens, the G 5790 SCVi SL is a 45cm fully integrated alternative with nine place settings.
Selected G7000 models are available in a taller XXL format. Corresponding standard and XXL models can measure 805mm and 845mm high respectively, but both use an approximately 60cm-wide installation space. XXL provides additional internal loading height, not necessarily more place settings.

What to Check Before Buying
Before purchasing an integrated dishwasher, confirm that the appliance is compatible with your kitchen furniture and available installation space.
- Installation dimensions: Check the required niche width, height and depth against the manufacturer's installation drawing.
- Furniture door: Confirm the required panel dimensions, weight and hinge arrangement. A matching kitchen furniture door is normally supplied separately.
- Plinth clearance: Check that the dishwasher door can open without catching the kitchen plinth.
- Capacity and loading: Compare place settings, cutlery baskets or trays, and adjustable basket arrangements.
- Noise and efficiency: Check the individual energy label, ECO-cycle consumption and published noise emissions.

No. Integrated dishwashers are designed to accept a compatible kitchen furniture panel, which is normally supplied separately as part of your fitted kitchen. Check the individual appliance's panel dimensions, weight limits and hinge requirements.
Can I replace my existing integrated dishwasher with an XXL model?
Only if the installation space and furniture arrangement are suitable. XXL models are taller than corresponding standard-height appliances, so you must check the available niche height, furniture-door compatibility and plinth clearance before ordering.
