10-Minute Washing and Drying with BORA xSpeed

The key feature of this BORA dishwasher is BORA xSpeed. Under BORA’s specified operating conditions, the everyday xSpeed programme can wash and actively dry a load in just 10 minutes.

The quoted 10-minute cycle requires an incoming water temperature of 44°C, completion of the appliance’s PreHeat phase and the use of specified BORA cleaning products. A colder water supply can increase the programme duration.

The appliance begins preparing for the wash while it is being loaded, helping to reduce the time required once the programme starts. Active Drying with BORA xDry

Automatic Detergent Dosing with BORA eDose

BORA eDose automatically dispenses the required amount of BORA Dish Gel and rinse aid for the selected programme, removing the need for conventional dishwasher tablets within the automatic dosing system.

The dedicated cleaning product and rinse aid are stored in separate containers. BORA currently states that one Dish Gel container lasts for approximately 65 xSpeed cycles, while one rinse-aid container lasts for approximately 160 cycles.

The appliance monitors the fill levels, which can also be viewed through the BORA One app.

Four Washing Programmes Plus Machine Cleaning

BORA Dish keeps programme selection focused, with xSpeed, Eco, Intensive and Gentle washing programmes alongside a dedicated machine-cleaning function.

xSpeed is designed for rapid everyday washing of lightly to moderately soiled dishes. Eco provides an energy-focused programme for normally soiled everyday items, while Intensive is intended for heavier soiling, including pots and casserole dishes. Gentle is designed for glasses and more delicate tableware.

The Machine Cleaning programme cleans internal components including the filter, hoses and wash pump.

An optional interchangeable rack system allows an entire rack of clean dishes to be removed from the appliance and placed onto a compatible rail system. BORA Dish is a fully integrated dishwasher designed to sit behind a kitchen furniture front. BORA’s current product information supports both fixed-door and sliding-door furniture-front installations.

The appliance can be installed directly beneath a worktop or within suitable tall-unit furniture. BORA describes the dishwasher as approximately 61cm high and 600mm wide, giving it a format that differs significantly from a conventional full-height dishwasher.

BORA One App Connectivity

The BORA Dish measures 600 x 610 x 550 mm and requires a 600 x 613 x 555 mm installation niche. It supports sliding-door or fixed-door furniture fronts weighing up to 9 kg and can be installed beneath a worktop or in suitable tall-cabinet furniture. The appliance requires a 220-240 V, 50 Hz electrical supply with 1 x 16 A fuse protection. Cold or hot water connection is supported, with a maximum inlet-water temperature of 60°C and operating water pressure of 1.5-10 bar. The 10-minute xSpeed wash and active-dry cycle requires a 44°C inlet-water temperature, completed PreHeat phase and specified BORA cleaning products; colder inlet water increases the programme duration.
