Bring precise, flexible induction cooking to your kitchen with the AEG TO64IB00FZ 6000 Bridge SaphirMatt® Induction Hob. This 60cm matt black glass hob features four cooking zones, intuitive touch controls, Bridge functionality and powerful PowerBoost heating, all within a sleek, fingerprint-resistant SaphirMatt® surface.

Flexible Cooking with the Bridge Function

The Bridge Function links two separate cooking zones on the left side to create one larger, unified cooking area. Ideal for bigger pots, long pans or a plancha grill, the bridged zones share the same temperature and timer settings to help provide even cooking across the surface.

With four induction cooking zones and a total electrical load of 7200W, the AEG TO64IB00FZ offers flexible everyday cooking for everything from smaller meals to larger dishes.

SaphirMatt® Matt Black Glass

The SaphirMatt® surface gives this AEG induction hob a contemporary matt black appearance while helping make everyday maintenance easier. Its fingerprint-resistant finish is up to 10X more scratch-resistant than a standard hob surface, helping the hob retain its elegant appearance over time.

*Abrasion testing was conducted externally in accordance with IEC 60068-2-70. Scratch visibility was assessed internally against standard ceramic glass hobs without special treatment.

Direct Heat Control from Levels 1 to 14

Conveniently positioned at the front right of the hob, the DirekTouch controls provide direct access to heat levels 1 to 14. This allows you to select the required temperature without repeatedly using plus and minus buttons, giving you fast and precise control while cooking.

Fast Heating with PowerBoost

The PowerBoost function provides an instant increase in heat for tasks that need extra speed. It is ideal for quickly bringing a large pan of water to the boil or reaching the high temperatures needed for searing. PowerBoost allows water to boil in less than 90 seconds.

Hob2Hood® Automatic Cooker Hood Control

With Hob2Hood® connectivity, the hob can communicate with a compatible cooker hood and automatically adjust the fan speed according to the heat being used. This provides stronger extraction when searing and quieter extraction when simmering, without requiring manual fan adjustments.

Timers, Safety and Everyday Convenience

The AEG TO64IB00FZ includes automatic pan recognition, a child lock safety function, acoustic signal control and automatic switch-off to support safe and convenient everyday cooking.

The Pause function allows you to take a short break without losing your cooking settings. A Minute Minder can be set to remind you when dishes have finished cooking, while the Count-Up Timer provides additional timing control.

EcoTimer™ helps save energy by using residual heat from the hob, switching the cooking zone off before the end of the set timer to improve efficiency. OptiHeat control provides further support for precise cooking and heat management.

OptiFix™ Installation

The OptiFix™ system is designed to simplify installation, requiring only one step to install the hob thanks to a custom-made, fully automated process. The AEG TO64IB00FZ requires a hardwired connection only.
