Novy 1777 Pro Black Glass 91cm Induction Hob
The Novy 1777 Pro Black Glass 91cm Induction Hob combines a sleek black glass design with flexible octagonal induction zones and professional cooking functions. Each octagonal zone delivers up to 3700W, while the white slider touch controls provide a premium finish and straightforward operation.

Powerful 3700W Octagonal Induction Zones
Each octagonal cooking zone offers up to 3700W of power and features a Power function for significantly increased output. This is ideal when you need to bring a large quantity of water to the boil quickly.
Automatic Bridge Function for Larger Cookware
The Bridge function links two adjoining induction zones so they can be controlled together. This provides a larger cooking area for bigger pots and pans. On the Novy Pro range, the linking process takes place automatically.
Chef Function for Flexible Cooking
The Chef function automatically links the Bridge zones at the touch of a button and assigns different power levels across the hob. The right-hand zone is set to level 9 for intensive cooking or frying, the centre zone to level 6 for simmering and the left-hand zone to level 4 for keeping food warm. These settings can be adjusted when required.
Keep-Warm and Melting Functions
The keep-warm function helps maintain a constant temperature with a 70°C setting. As part of the Pro range, the Novy 1777 also includes a 42°C melting setting and a 94°C keep-warm function.
Stop&Go Function
Stop&Go temporarily disables the energy supply to the hob. When the function is deactivated, the previously selected power levels and timer settings are restored.
InTouch Cooker Hood Control
Novy InTouch technology allows you to control a compatible Novy cooker hood directly from the induction hob for convenient operation while cooking.
Grill Function
The Grill function automatically activates the Bridge function to create a larger cooking area. It uses specially adapted power distribution designed for grilling and is ideal for use with cast-iron cookware.
