BORA Joy

The BORA JOY app enhances the range of BORA Assist functions, allowing users to select and initiate preset cooking processes like boiling pasta, steaming vegetables, or preparing egg dishes. BORA JOY is compatible exclusively with the BORA X Pure system when paired with the BORA Pots and Pans Assist range and the BORA grill pan.

Two Finishes

The BORA X Pure is available in two versions: with glossy or matte glass-ceramic. The extraction system is seamlessly integrated into the cooktop beneath the iconic pin-style air inlet nozzle. The glossy glass-ceramic stands out as an elegant focal point in any kitchen, while the modern matte glass-ceramic of the BORA X Pure Rough is less prone to visible scratches and fingerprints.

Intuitive sControl+ control

The BORA X Pure is controlled via the three-color sControl+ touch operation. The different settings are visually distinct from one another. The intelligent cleaning lock automatically detects how long the cooktop is being cleaned and only shuts off afterward. The bridge function and automatic pan detection work in an optimized way.

Minimum volume

Always markedly quiet – even at high power levels:The reason lies in the optimal airflow and the use of an extremely low-noise fan. There are no distractions when cooking and no interruptions when entertaining.

Simple cleaning

All parts that come into contact with cooking vapours can be easily removed through the accessible, wide inlet opening. They can then be cleaned in the dishwasher, where they take up very little space.

Automatic bridging function

If a large enough cooking pot or roaster is placed on the two cooking zones that are one behind the other, they will automatically be combined to form one large cooking zone. It is not necessary to activate the bridging function manually.

eSwap – easy filter change

In recirculation mode odours are neutralised by a highly efficient activated charcoal filter. To make life easier, the filter is changed from the top through the air inlet aperture without having to remove drawers or plinth panels.
