Flexible Induction Cooking with Automatic Bridging

The BORA PURMA2 M Pure combines four induction cooking zones with an integrated extractor in one compact appliance. Two separate induction zones on the left suit smaller pots and pans, while the two surface induction zones on the right provide added flexibility for larger cookware.

Place a sufficiently large roaster or BORA grill pan across the two right-hand zones and the automatic bridging function combines them into one generous 230 x 460 mm cooking area. This gives you more usable space without having to activate the bridging function manually.

Integrated Duct-Out Extraction

As the duct-out version of the BORA M Pure, the PURMA2 extracts cooking vapour, grease and odours before directing the air outside through a suitable duct system. Additional ducting is required as part of the installation.

The extractor provides an airflow of up to 543 m³/h at maximum normal speed, with an A+ energy efficiency rating. At maximum normal extraction, the sound power level is 67 dB, increasing to 69 dB when the intensive power setting is used.

sControl+ Tricolour Touch Control

BORA’s sControl+ operating panel uses a vertical touch slider with clear tricolour feedback. Red is used for cooking settings, blue for extraction and white for additional functions, making the different controls easy to distinguish at a glance.

The automatic extractor function adjusts extraction according to the current cooking activity, reducing the need for repeated manual adjustments. Pan recognition, power settings, timers, pause functions and variable heat retention settings add further control during everyday cooking.

BORA Assist and BORA One App

BORA Assist provides supported cooking functions directly from the hob. The BORA Assist Fry function works with the BORA grill pan to heat the cookware precisely and maintain the selected target temperature.

Connecting the hob to the BORA One app gives access to additional Assist functions and recipes, while WLAN connectivity also allows software updates to help keep the appliance up to date.

Stainless Steel Grease Filter and Easy Cleaning

The built-in extractor uses a durable stainless steel grease filter with a grease filtering efficiency of 98.1% and an A grease filtering efficiency class. The stainless steel construction is suitable for repeated cleaning and will not yellow or rust.

The air inlet nozzle, stainless steel grease filter and other removable parts that come into contact with cooking vapours can be removed from above and cleaned in the dishwasher. An integrated oversized drip tray provides up to 3 litres of capacity for liquids that enter the extractor area.

Installation details
