AEG NIK85M30AZ 8000 Sense Boil+Fry SaphirMatt® Induction Hob 80cm combines five-zone cooking with smart SenseBoil & Fry technology and a durable matt black SaphirMatt® surface.

The AEG NIK85M30AZ 80cm induction hob combines intelligent cooking technology with a sophisticated matt black finish. Five 210mm induction zones provide flexible space for multi-pan cooking, while individual touch controls and timers make it easy to manage several dishes at once.

SenseBoil & Fry Smart Cooking

SenseBoil and SenseFry smart sensors automatically detect and maintain suitable heat levels for boiling and frying. SenseBoil helps control boiling and simmering, while SenseFry offers three frying temperature levels for more precise cooking.

Whether you are simmering sauces, boiling ingredients or searing food, the hob automatically adjusts the heat to help maintain controlled cooking temperatures.

SaphirMatt® Matt Black Glass

The SaphirMatt® surface gives the AEG NIK85M30AZ a sleek matt black appearance while providing enhanced durability. Its fingerprint-resistant finish is up to 10X more scratch-resistant than standard ceramic glass, helping the hob maintain its premium appearance.

Bridge and DoubleBridge Flexibility

The Bridge Function connects two cooking zones to create one larger cooking area, providing extra flexibility for large or long pans and plancha grills.

DoubleBridge allows zones on both sides of the hob to be combined, synchronising temperature and time settings to accommodate a variety of cookware sizes.

Hob2Hood® Connectivity

Hob2Hood® allows compatible cooker hood operation to be controlled via the hob. The cooker hood and lights can activate as you begin cooking, while ventilation adjusts according to the heat level so you can concentrate on preparing your food.
