The AEG NCH84C23AB 7000 Induction Extractor Hob is an 80cm 2-in-1 ComboHob that combines four induction cooking zones with integrated extraction in a sleek black glass finish. Designed for flexible cooking and effective air filtration, it supports both external ducting and filtered recirculation installation, with a recirculation kit sold separately.
SenseFry® for Consistent Frying Results
The 7000 SenseFry® Extractor Hob helps remove the guesswork from frying. SenseFry® lets you know when your pan reaches the optimal temperature and maintains an even heat level for consistent taste and texture, reducing the need for manual temperature adjustments while cooking.
Integrated Extraction with Automatic Control
The built-in extractor helps remove steam, grease and cooking odours directly from the hob. Automatic Extractor Control switches the extraction on and adjusts the fan level according to your cooking activity, allowing you to concentrate on preparing your food.
Choose between ducted extraction, which directs cooking vapours outside, and recirculation, which filters the air before returning it to the kitchen. The recirculation kit is sold separately.
The extractor provides 3 speeds plus 1 intensive setting. Ducted noise levels range from just 50dB on the minimum setting to 69dB on intensive mode. The hob carries an A+ energy rating, with an A fluid dynamic efficiency rating and B grease filter efficiency rating.
DoubleBridge for Larger Cookware
DoubleBridge allows you to combine two cooking zones across two areas of the hob, giving you greater flexibility when using larger or longer cookware. The function also aligns the temperature and time settings across the linked zones.
Four Individual Zone Controls
Four Individual Zone Controls give you independent control over each cooking area. With 9 power levels and separate timers for each zone, you can manage several dishes at once with greater precision.
The hob also includes PowerBoost for an instant increase in power, allowing water to boil in less than 90 seconds, plus active touch controls, a minute minder and EcoTimer™. EcoTimer™ helps save energy by using residual heat and switching the cooking zone off before the end of the selected cooking time.
Breeze Function for Quieter Air Clearing
After cooking, the Breeze Function quietly clears lingering cooking smells from the kitchen without unnecessarily disturbing the surrounding atmosphere.
Easy-Clean Grease and Carbon Filters
The removable grease filter and Long-Life Carbon Filter help capture grease and odours. Both are designed for easy cleaning in the dishwasher, helping the extractor continue to perform effectively.
The Long-Life Carbon Filter can be regenerated after cleaning up to 8 times, providing an extended service life of up to 3 years. Grease and charcoal filter indicators also let you know when attention is required.
Safety and Everyday Convenience
