The AEG BEX335011M Built-In Electric Oven combines a generous 72-litre capacity with nine cooking functions, SurroundCook technology and AquaClean steam-assisted cleaning. Finished in stainless steel with an anti-fingerprint coating, this single electric oven offers versatile cooking performance alongside an A energy rating.

Even Cooking with SurroundCook

AEG SurroundCook technology uses an advanced fan system to circulate hot air evenly throughout the oven cavity. Precisely controlled heat is distributed consistently around your food, helping you achieve even cooking results wherever dishes are placed inside the oven.

The additional heating ring supports Multilevel Cooking across up to three trays, helping dishes cook evenly from corner to corner. This means you can prepare several dishes at the same time without having to turn them halfway through cooking.

The convection system also helps the oven heat up faster and allows cooking temperatures to be reduced by up to 20%, helping you cook efficiently while saving time and energy.

9 Versatile Cooking Functions

With nine cooking functions, the AEG BEX335011M gives you flexibility for a wide range of dishes. Functions include Bottom Heat, Conventional or Traditional Cooking, Fast Grilling, Grilling, Light, Moist Fan Baking, Pizza Setting, True Fan Cooking and Turbo Grilling.

Turbo Grilling helps achieve a balance between a crispy exterior and juicy interior when roasting meat, while the efficient grill is designed to toast, crisp and brown food in less time than traditional ovens.

72L Oven Capacity and XL Baking Tray

The spacious 72-litre oven capacity provides plenty of room for everyday meals, larger dishes and batch baking. An XL Baking Tray, which is 20% larger than a standard-sized baking tray, makes it possible to prepare bigger batches while maintaining even cooking results.

Inside the oven are two chromed wire shelves, one grey enamel dripping pan and one chromed trivet. Easy-entry side grids provide five shelf positions for flexible tray and shelf placement.

AquaClean for Easier Oven Cleaning

AEG AquaClean uses steam to help loosen residual grease and food particles from the oven surface, making the interior easier to wipe clean after cooking. Retractable controls provide a flush finish and also help simplify cleaning around the control panel.

The oven cavity is finished in grey enamel, while the Isofront® double-glazed oven door features a heat-reflective coating.

Clear LED Timer Display and Retractable Controls

The LED digital display provides clear cooking information at a glance. Its electronic timer includes a clock, minute minder and cooking duration function, allowing you to set an alarm, check the remaining cooking time and make accurate timer adjustments.

Pop-in and pop-out rotary controls offer straightforward operation while creating a neat, flush appearance when retracted.

50°C to 275°C Temperature Range

With a temperature range from 50°C to 275°C, the AEG BEX335011M is equipped for everything from gentle cooking to high-temperature roasting and grilling. Fan-controlled defrosting uses room-temperature air to defrost delicate foods such as cream cakes in half the time.

A cooling fan starts automatically when the oven is switched on, helping cool the electronic components and external parts of the appliance.

Installation details

This built-in oven measures 594 x 594 x 569mm and requires built-in dimensions of 590 x 560 x 550mm. It requires a hardwired electrical connection only, with a total electricity loading of 2790W and a 15A fuse. Supply lead length is not provided and should be confirmed before installation.
