DUCTING OR RE-CIRCULATING

Most Smeg hoods offer the choice of ducting or re-circulating, so you can choose your preferred method.

Ducting out extracts cooking fumes and expels them outside, using a vent kit (available as an optional accessory) The diameter of the ducting hose should match the vent outlet of the hood (which can be found in the features tab)

INTENSIVE EXTRACTION

A powerful intensive speed can be selected when quick extraction is needed, whether you’re creating a sizzling stir fry or preparing an aromatic curry, even the strongest cooking odours will be removed in not time.

CLEAN AIR

The 24h air exchange function makes the hood work for 10 minutes every hour at very low speed and therefore without noise for a total of 24 hours in order to purify the air of the house, with low energy impact.

AUTOMATIC SWITCH-OFF

A special setting switches off both the extraction and the lights, after a predefined time, during which the hood keeps on purifying the air until it turns off automatically.

LED LIGHTING These lights are long lasting, save money and perfectly illuminate the work surface below. They can be switched on regardless of the fans, and used simply to create ambiance lighting in the kitchen.
