Novy 1791 Multizone Induction Hob

The Novy 1791 Multizone Induction Hob features three cooking zones with separate controls, providing flexible placement and straightforward operation. Finished in black glossy glass with rounded edges, it can be installed either surface mounted or flush mounted to suit different worktop designs.

Central slider touch controls are positioned at the bottom of the hob, with a clear red information display for simple adjustment of each cooking zone.

Power Function for Faster Heating

Each induction zone has a Power function that significantly increases its output when required, making it ideal for tasks such as bringing a large quantity of water to the boil.

The left and centre 210mm induction zones each provide 2,300W of standard power and up to 3,100W with the Power function. The right 175mm induction zone provides 1,100W, increasing to 1,770W with Power.

Keep-Warm and Stop & Go Functions

The keep-warm function maintains a constant temperature of 70°C, helping you keep prepared food warm until it is ready to serve.

The Stop & Go function temporarily disables the energy supply. When the control is touched again, the previously selected power levels and timer settings are restored.

Convenient Induction Hob Controls

Automatic pan recognition helps the hob respond to suitable cookware, while residual heat indication provides a clear warning when the glass surface remains hot. Safety time switch-off and timer controls for each zone add further everyday convenience.

The Novy 1791 also features the standard InTouch function. Flexzone functionality is not applicable to this model.
