Novy 1778 Pro Black Glass 90cm Induction Hob offers five induction cooking zones with two Flexzones for flexible pan positioning and versatile cooking.
Flexible Five-Zone Induction Cooking
The Novy Induction Pro 1778 features five induction cooking zones, including two Flexzones that provide greater flexibility when positioning pots, pans and cookware.
Automatic Flexzone Activation links adjoining cooking zones automatically, creating a larger cooking area for bigger pots and pans.
Power Function
Each cooking zone features a Power function that significantly increases the power. This is ideal when you need to bring a large amount of water to the boil.
Keep-Warm And Melting Functions
The keep-warm function makes it easy to maintain a constant temperature. All devices have a keep-warm function at 70°C. Appliances in the Power and Pro ranges also feature a melting setting at 42°C and a keep-warm function at 94°C.
Automatic Bridge Function
The Bridge function allows two adjoining cooking zones to be linked and controlled together in one movement, making it particularly useful for large pots and pans. On models in the Pro and Power ranges, this linking takes place automatically.
Chef And Pot Move Functions
Dedicated Chef and Pot Move functions help simplify switching between frying, simmering and keep-warm settings.
The sophisticated Chef function automatically links the Bridge zones at the push of a button. The settings can be adjusted if required, with the right-hand zone set to level 9 for intensive cooking or frying, the centre zone set to level 6 for simmering and the left-hand zone set to level 4 for keeping warm.
Stop&Go
With Stop&Go, the energy supply can be temporarily disabled. When the key is touched again, the previously selected power levels and timer settings are reused.
Novy InTouch Hob-To-Hood Control
InTouch lets you control a compatible Novy cooker hood directly from your Novy induction hob, providing convenient control from the cooking surface.
Grill Function
When the Grill function is selected, the Bridge function is automatically activated to create a larger cooking area. Its specially adapted power distribution is designed for grilling and is ideal for use with cast-iron cookware.
