Why choose the Miele KM 8695-2 FL MattFinish induction hob?

Choose the Miele KM8695-2FL MattFinish if you want a premium 94cm induction hob built around flexibility. Its full-surface induction lets you place up to six pans freely across the cooking area, rather than working around fixed zones. MultiSlide controls, Booster heat, M Sense readiness, Miele@home and Con@ctivity add precise, connected cooking support, while the matt black ceramic surface suits flush or surface-mounted modern kitchen designs.

FullFlex cooking for up to six pans

FullFlex technology lets you use the whole cooking surface without fixed cooking zones, so you can place induction-compatible pots, pans and roasting dishes where they suit you best. It can accommodate up to six cooking vessels, making it a practical choice for busy households and more ambitious home cooking.

The single full-area zone measures 870 x 380mm, with a maximum power output of 2600W and 3650W with Booster for shorter heat-up times when extra speed is needed.

Precise control with MultiSlide

Cooking is made simpler with six MultiSlide sliders, giving clear visibility of power levels and timer settings for each cookware set or pan. Each set is controlled by its own slider for accurate adjustments and smooth operation.

Intelligent container detection keeps the control panel discreet until cookware is placed on the hob. As pots and pans are moved, the display follows them, helping you cook more flexibly while supporting energy efficiency through pan size detection.

M Sense compatibility for easier everyday use

This 94cm induction hob is M Sense compatible and works with M Sense cookware sets designed to help prevent food from burning or boiling over. Preset assistance programmes can be selected directly on the cookware, while synchronisation between the cooktop and kitchen helps reduce the need for further adjustments. Even pasta can be cooked with the lid closed without boiling over.

Helpful functions for daily cooking

A range of practical features helps make cooking easier. Stop & Go reduces all zones to power level 1 at the touch of a button, ideal when you need to step away briefly. The Keep Warm function helps maintain the right serving temperature, while Recall saves your settings for 10 seconds.

Additional features include a timer function, automatic shut-off, automatic cooking start, cleaning protection, assistance programmes and the option to adjust individual settings such as sound signals.

Professional mode and smart networking

Professional mode allows the cooktop to be divided into three zones with different power levels. This makes it easier to cook at a high setting at the front while keeping food warm at a lower level at the rear. Moving cookware between positions automatically adjusts the power level to match.

For connected convenience, the hob includes Miele@home networking and Con@ctivity, bringing smart networking into your kitchen setup.

Safety features for added peace of mind

The Miele KM8695-2FL-MABL includes a strong range of safety functions, including a power lock, locking function, start-up lock, overheat protection, integrated cooling fan and residual heat indicator. Automatic safety shut-off also activates if a cooking zone is used at the same power level for an unusually long time or if no pan is detected.

Finished in durable matt black glass-ceramic, this induction hob is suitable for flush-mounted installation or recessed installation with frame, giving you flexibility to suit your kitchen design.
