Moisture and dry heat: the ideal combination

Flexibility for best baking and roasting results: combine humidity and dry heat as you wish. To ensure the best results, you can adjust both the temperature (30 Ã°C to 225 Ã°C) and moisture content (0 % to 100 %) in combination mode. These settings can be changed up to 10 times in quick succession. This ensures the food is cooked just the way you like it.
