For wireless listening, Qualcomm aptX HD technology supports audio transmission at up to 24-bit/48kHz when paired with a compatible device. This helps retain musical detail during Bluetooth playback, while additional support for AAC, SBC and standard aptX provides compatibility with a wider selection of audio sources.

Bluetooth 5.1 enables wireless connections with compatible smartphones, tablets, computers and other Bluetooth devices, offering a specified operating range of up to 10 metres.

The KEF Mu7 Silver Grey headphones are designed for extended listening sessions, providing up to 40 hours of playback from a single charge with Bluetooth and active noise cancellation switched on.

When you need additional battery power, the fast-charging function delivers up to 8 hours of listening after just 15 minutes of charging. The supplied USB-C charging cable provides a convenient connection for replenishing the rechargeable battery.

Power comes from an integrated 1100mAh lithium-ion battery, supporting prolonged wireless operation without the need for frequent recharging.

Soft leatherette ear cushions incorporate breathable memory foam that adjusts to the shape of the wearer’s head. This helps create a comfortable fit while providing an acoustic seal around the ears for consistent sound reproduction.

An adjustable headband accommodates different head sizes, while the rotating earcups fold flat for convenient storage. Weighing approximately 309g, the Mu7 can be stored in its supplied protective carrying case between listening sessions.

Manage your listening experience directly from the headphones using the touch-sensitive panel integrated into the right earcup. Simple swipes and taps allow you to adjust volume, skip tracks, pause playback and answer incoming calls without reaching for your connected device.

For hands-free communication, Clear Voice Capture (cVc) technology helps reduce unwanted environmental noise picked up by the microphones, improving voice clarity during telephone calls.

Compatible voice assistants can also be accessed through the headphone controls when connected to a supported smartphone or other device.

Connect to Two Devices and Enjoy Wired Playback

The KEF Mu7 supports Bluetooth multipoint connectivity, allowing two compatible devices to remain connected simultaneously.
