Hygienic No-Touch Operation
The Avantgarde Pro AT 6488 features no-touch operation, allowing you to control the extraction hood by swiping your hand over the control panel. Swipe from left to right to open the hood and increase the fan power.
To reduce the fan speed or close the hood, swipe from right to left. This contact-free operation helps to keep the control area clean by reducing the need to touch the surface while cooking.
Extraction and Recirculation Modes
Exhaust Air Extractor Mode
In air extractor mode, cooking fumes are directed outside through an external ventilation system. The metal grease filter purifies cooking vapours and odours by absorbing fatty substances and other small particles from the kitchen fumes.
The air exhaust pipe can be connected to an exhaust air conduit or directed outside.
Odour Absorber Mode
Where connection to an external ventilation system is not possible, the Kaiser cooker hood can operate in odour absorber mode as an internal filtering system.
The metal grease filter first captures fatty substances and other small particles from cooking vapours. Odours and microparticles then pass through the activated charcoal filter before the purified air is returned to the kitchen.
Perimeter Suction
The cooker hood maintains an air supply through slots positioned around the entire perimeter of the hinged panel. The charcoal and grease filters are concealed behind this panel for a clean, streamlined appearance.
Perimeter suction operates using the Venturi effect, named after the Italian physicist Giovanni Venturi.
Aluminium Corrugated Extraction Pipe
