Kaiser A 9315 ElfEm Eco Empire 90cm Chimney Cooker Hood combines traditional ivory styling with powerful extraction up to 910 m³/h.

The Kaiser A 9315 ElfEm Eco Empire is a traditional 90cm chimney cooker hood designed for wall-mounted installation above a range cooker or large family cooktop. Its classical ivory matt enamel finish is complemented by richly polished brass trim and a practical decorative handle.

Why choose the Kaiser A 9315 ElfEm Eco chimney cooker hood?

Choose the Kaiser A 9315 ElfEm Eco if you want a statement 90cm hood for a range cooker or wider hob, with powerful extraction up to 910m³/h and a classic ivory Empire finish with bronze detailing. It offers 3 fan speeds, LED lighting, ducted or recirculating installation, metal grease filters and an A energy rating, making it a strong fit for traditional kitchens that need practical ventilation with a decorative focal point.

Powerful Extraction with Two Operating Modes

Choose the operating mode that best suits your kitchen layout. Air extractor mode provides external fume extraction for maximum performance, while odour absorber mode, also known as recirculation mode, filters and returns purified air to the kitchen when external ducting is not possible.

With a powerful extraction rate of up to 910 m³/h, the hood helps remove cooking vapours, airborne grease and unwanted odours. The three-speed control offers low, medium and high settings, operated through a simple five-button control panel.

Traditional Empire Styling

The ivory finish is enhanced by metallic and bronze detailing, including a striking Kaiser brand plate on the chimney. The polished handle adds to the traditional appearance and provides a convenient place to hook a utensil, oven mitt or kitchen towel while cooking.

Two strong LED lamps provide clear illumination across the cooktop, helping you monitor food as it cooks.

Exhaust Air Extractor Mode

In exhaust mode, the metal grease filter helps purify cooking vapours and smells by capturing fatty constituents and other small particles found in kitchen fumes. The exhaust pipe can be connected to an air outlet and directed outside.

Aluminium Corrugated Pipe

The included 150mm diameter aluminium corrugated pipe is designed for use in exhaust mode. It is lightweight, easy to assemble and can be bent or extended along the required length without additional fixing. An adaptor is also included for connection to pipes with a 120mm conduit.

Odour Absorber and Recirculation Mode

When connection to an external ventilation system is not possible, the Kaiser cooker hood can operate as a filtering system. The metal grease filter first captures fatty substances and other small particles from cooking vapours. Odours and microparticles are then directed through the activated charcoal filter before the purified air is returned to the kitchen.

Metal Grease Filter

The long-life metal grease filter is made from stainless materials, including stainless steel and aluminium. During normal cooker hood operation, it should be cleaned every two months, either in a dishwasher or manually using mild detergent or liquid soap.

Charcoal Filter

The charcoal filter uses chemically treated activated carbon with a high absorption capacity. It can retain contaminating particles weighing more than five times the filter’s own weight and helps remove cooking smells, smoke and steam impurities. Charcoal filters are used when the cooker hood is operating in odour absorption or recirculation mode.

Installation details

This cooker hood supports exhaust air and recirculating operation. It has a telescopic duct height of 60–100 cm and a Type C plug, with hardwiring recommended. Cut-out dimensions, ducting requirements and clearance requirements are not provided and should be confirmed before installation.
