BORA PURSA S Pure DO 60cm Vented Induction Hob

Discover the BORA PURSA S Pure 60cm vented induction hob, combining four induction zones with an integrated duct-out extractor in compact black glass.

Designed for 60cm-wide kitchen units, the BORA PURSA combines induction cooking and extraction in a single appliance measuring 580 x 515 x 199 mm. Its black glass ceramic surface provides four differently sized cooking zones, while the central extractor removes cooking vapours directly from the hob.

Four Induction Cooking Zones

The PURSA provides four induction zones sized to accommodate a useful range of cookware. The front left zone measures Ø 95 mm, the rear left Ø 140 mm, the rear right Ø 175 mm and the front right Ø 210 mm.

Cooking power can be adjusted across levels 1 to 9 with an additional Power setting. Maximum Power setting outputs range from 600 W on the compact front left zone to 3,000 W on the front right zone, giving you flexibility for different pans and cooking tasks.

Integrated Duct-Out Extraction

The integrated extractor draws cooking vapours down through the central inlet and vents them outside using a BORA Ecotube duct connection. Extractor settings run from levels 1 to 9 with an additional Power setting, while automatic extractor control adjusts the extraction level according to the current cooking conditions.

The extractor has an A+ energy efficiency rating and reaches a sound power level of up to 68 dB(A) when operating at its highest Power setting.

Intuitive sControl Operation

BORA’s sControl system uses a vertical touch slider for straightforward control. Power levels can be changed with an upward or downward finger movement or by tapping directly on the required setting, keeping the main cooking and extraction controls within easy reach.

The Coffee function can automatically control the brewing process when using a suitable induction-compatible espresso pot, while the automatic extractor function reduces the need for repeated manual fan adjustments during cooking.

Easy-Clean Extractor Components

Components that come into contact with cooking vapours can be removed through the wide air inlet opening and cleaned in the dishwasher. The stainless steel grease filter is durable and designed not to yellow or rust during normal use.

An integrated overflow tray beneath the appliance can collect up to 3 litres of liquid if a significant spill occurs. The tray can be removed from underneath the hob for cleaning.

Compact Installation for 60cm Kitchen Units

With dimensions of 580 x 515 x 199 mm, the BORA PURSA is designed to fit into kitchen units with a minimum width of 60 cm. The hob can be installed flush with the worktop or surface-mounted, while its duct-out configuration requires suitable BORA Ecotube extraction ducting to vent air outside.

The PURSA has a maximum power consumption of 7,250 W and supports single-phase, two-phase and three-phase electrical configurations, subject to the appropriate installation and fuse requirements.
