Bertazzoni Range Cookers
Shop Bertazzoni range cookers in widths from 60cm to 120cm, with induction hobs or gas burners paired with electric ovens. Compare Professional, Master and Heritage Series cookers, single, double and triple-oven layouts, different finishes and selected Air-Tec models with integrated extraction.
Choosing a Bertazzoni range cooker
Start with the installation space and fuel requirements rather than the colour. Bertazzoni range cookers are freestanding appliances, but width, electrical load, gas supply and extraction arrangements vary substantially between models. Measure the available opening and check the individual installation drawing before ordering.
Choose the right width
| Nominal width | Typical configuration | Best suited to |
|---|---|---|
| 60cm | Single oven with four-zone induction or four gas burners | Replacing a standard-width cooker or fitting Bertazzoni cooking into a smaller kitchen |
| 90cm | Single or double oven with five-zone induction or multiple gas burners | More hob and oven space without moving to the widest range-cooker formats |
| 100cm | Double or triple ovens with induction or six-burner gas hobs | Households wanting separate oven cavities and more simultaneous cooking capacity |
| 110cm | Selected Master Series triple-oven configurations | Larger kitchens where separate oven and grill cavities are useful |
| 120cm | Wide double-oven cookers with induction or gas burners and an additional griddle | Large kitchens and buyers prioritising maximum hob and oven flexibility |
Induction or gas hob?
Bertazzoni induction range cookers provide a flat glass cooking surface with rapid heating, pan detection and booster functions on selected models. Wider current models can also include flex zones that combine cooking areas for larger pans.
Gas-hob Bertazzoni range cookers pair responsive burners with electric ovens. These are more accurately described as dual-fuel cookers rather than all-gas appliances. Selected wider models add a separate griddle alongside the gas burners.
Single, double or triple oven?
A single large oven can be preferable if you regularly cook large trays or cookware in one cavity. Double-oven models divide the available space into separate main and auxiliary ovens, while selected 100cm and 110cm cookers use three cavities to provide additional flexibility for dishes requiring different temperatures or grilling.
Do not compare range cookers only by one headline capacity figure. Check the capacity and functions of each individual cavity, as two cookers with a similar overall width can use their internal space very differently.
Bertazzoni Professional, Master and Heritage Series
Professional Series
Professional Series range cookers use a more pronounced professional-style control layout and are offered in a broad choice of finishes. Depending on the model, the range includes induction or gas cooking surfaces, single or multiple ovens and selected Air-Tec configurations.
Master Series
Master Series cookers use large metal controls and a commercial-inspired design. The range includes induction and gas-hob configurations and is particularly useful for comparing 100cm and 110cm multi-oven layouts.
Heritage Series
Heritage Series cookers use more traditional handles and controls while retaining current electric oven and induction or gas-hob technology. They are available in several widths, including compact 60cm cookers and wide 120cm double-oven models.
Bertazzoni Air-Tec range cookers
Selected Professional Series Air-Tec cookers combine an induction hob, electric oven and integrated extractor in one freestanding appliance. This can remove the need for a conventional hood above the cooker, but it does not remove the need for extraction planning.
Air-Tec installation can use external ducting or filtration depending on the model and kitchen layout. Electrical requirements are also higher than for many conventional gas-hob range cookers, so the supply, cable sizing and extraction route should be checked against the model-specific Bertazzoni installation instructions before purchase.
Electrical and gas installation
Bertazzoni induction range cookers are high-load electrical appliances. The required supply varies by model and should never be assumed from cooker width alone. A suitable dedicated electrical circuit and professional installation may be required.
Gas-hob models require an appropriate gas connection as well as an electrical supply for the ovens and controls. Check the manufacturer's installation drawing and technical specification for the exact model before cabinetry, flooring, gas or electrical work is finalised.
Oven functions, cleaning and maintenance
Functions vary between Bertazzoni models, but current multifunction ovens can include fan cooking, conventional baking, grilling, fast preheat and pizza settings. Some current cooker families also include Air Fry functionality. Compare the exact oven specification rather than assuming every appliance in the same Series has identical functions.
Induction surfaces are comparatively straightforward to wipe clean because the cooking area is flat. Gas models require cleaning around burners, caps and pan supports. Removable inner door glass and optional catalytic liners are available on selected cooker families, so distinguish between a standard feature and an optional accessory when comparing models.
Bertazzoni range cooker FAQs
Are Bertazzoni range cookers freestanding?
Yes. The Bertazzoni range cookers in this category are freestanding appliances. They still require the correct installation space, electrical or gas connections and any necessary ventilation or extraction provision.
Do Bertazzoni make induction range cookers?
Yes. Bertazzoni produces induction range cookers in several widths. Depending on the model, features can include four or five induction zones, booster functions, pan detection and flex zones.
Are Bertazzoni gas range cookers all-gas?
The gas-hob models in the current range use gas burners with electric ovens, so dual fuel is the clearer description. Check the individual cooker specification before purchase.
What size Bertazzoni range cooker should I buy?
Choose according to the physical opening first, then compare oven configuration and hob type. Current choices span nominal widths from 60cm to 120cm, with 90cm, 100cm and 110cm models providing different balances of oven capacity and cooking zones.
What is Bertazzoni Air-Tec?
Air-Tec combines an induction hob and integrated extractor with the range cooker. It is intended for kitchens where extraction directly through the cooking surface is preferable to a conventional overhead hood. Installation requirements differ from a normal range cooker, so check the electrical load and ducting or filtration arrangement before ordering.
What is the difference between Bertazzoni Professional, Master and Heritage range cookers?
The Series primarily changes the design language, controls, finishes and available configurations. Professional has stronger professional-style detailing, Master uses a commercial-inspired design and Heritage has more traditional styling. Hob type, oven arrangement and functions still vary by individual model.
How long is the Bertazzoni UK warranty?
Bertazzoni UK currently provides a two-year limited warranty for qualifying new appliances supplied through authorised sellers and installed for domestic use in the United Kingdom. Check the current manufacturer's terms when purchasing.

Bertazzoni is steeped in heritage, it began in 1909 when the family established its first factory and expanded in the 1920s as their wood burning stove cookers, La Germania brand, won awards of excellence. Napoleone, Francesco’s grandson introduced a new mass production which he learned whilst working for Fiat.. In the 1950s Bertazzoni began to produce its first gas stoves bringing clean and instant energy which transformed the prospects of the company.
Always looking for innovation but keeping the family tradition of quality, in 2001 the company introduced the unequalled ‘Toyota system’ for manufacturing that combines exceptional speed and uncompromising quality which was dependent on the commitment and culture of the company’s people. Bertazzoni also moved into the American market in 2005 with a series of all-new ranges there under the new ‘Bertazzoni’ brand name.
Today Bertazzoni exports its cooking appliances all over the world selling at the top end of the market through a high-quality dealer network, both under the Bertazzoni and the Bertazzoni La Germania brands names.
Synonymous with quality, heritage and cooking excellence the Bertazzoni Range cookers are the cooking connoisseurs choice.
