Power function

Each zone has a Power function significantly increasing the power. For example, this is ideal to bring a large amount of water to the boil.

Keep-warm function

The keep-warm function makes it very easy to maintain a constant temperature. All devices have a keep-warm function at 70°C. Appliances in the Power and Pro ranges also have a melting setting at 42°C and a keep-warm function at 94°C.

Bridge function

The bridge function allows you to link two adjoining zones so that you can control them in one movement. Very handy for large pots and pans. The linking goes automatically in the Pro and Power range.

Chef function

The Chef function is a sophisticated feature allowing you to link the Bridge zones automatically at the push of a button. These zones have the following settings (which can be adjusted if needed): the right-hand zone in setting 9 is for intensive cooking or frying. The centre zone in setting 6 is for simmering and the left-hand zone in setting 4 is for keeping warm.

Stop&Go

The energy supply is temporarily disabled. When touching the key all the levels and timers set are reused.

InTouch

InTouch offers the option to control your Novy cooker hood from your Novy induction hob.

Grill function

When using this function the Bridge function is automatically activated to create a larger cooking area. This function is perfect for grilling, with a specially adapted power distribution which is ideal for use with cast-iron cookware.
