What thickness of shelf material is suitable for the Novy 15006?

Yes. This model includes a 30-minute delayed switch-off function, allowing the hood to continue filtering the air after cooking has finished. It also provides grease filter and recirculation filter cleaning indicators to help with routine maintenance.
Does the power setting switch back automatically?
Yes. When the power setting is selected, the Novy 15006 automatically reverts to a lower setting after six minutes. This provides additional extraction when required without leaving the hood running continuously at maximum power.
Are there any suitable alternatives to the Novy 15006 Pureline Frame 120cm Island Mounted Cooker Hood I could consider?
Yes, you could consider the Novy 15002 Pureline Frame 120cm Island Mounted Cooker Hood as a simpler same-brand, 120cm recirculating island option with a two-frame layout, or the Novy 7540 Phantom Frame 130cm Black Island Mounted Extractor Hood if you want a larger, more design-led black recirculating island alternative with adjustable lighting and similar extraction performance.
