The Miele KM7699 FR stainless steel framed induction hob brings precise, flexible cooking to your kitchen with a sleek black glass ceramic surface and stainless steel frame finish. Designed for independent installation, this 94cm induction hob offers 5 cooking zones, including PowerFlex and TempControl zones for versatile everyday cooking.

With Onset Touch Control operation and Smart Select sensor controls, adjusting heat levels is simple and intuitive. The yellow digital power level display gives clear feedback, while permanent pan recognition and pan size recognition help deliver efficient heating where it is needed.

Flexible Induction Cooking with PowerFlex

The Miele KM7699FR SS Frame includes 2 PowerFlex cooking zones, allowing you to combine zones for larger cookware and consistent heating. The right-hand PowerFlex bridge provides a maximum rating of 3400 W, with Booster power up to 4800 W and TwinBooster power up to 7300 W.

Across the hob, you can use up to 5 pans at once, with cooking zones positioned for flexible meal preparation. Zone options include dual-circuit rings, a TempControl cooking zone and a PowerFlex bridge.

TempControl for Confident Frying

TempControl helps make frying and stir-frying easier by keeping temperatures at a constant level. This supports consistently reliable cooking results and reduces the need for manual adjustment during cooking.

The rear left TempControl cooking zone measures 160 to 230 mm and offers a maximum rating of 2300 W, with Booster power up to 3000 W and TwinBooster power up to 3650 W.

TwinBooster for Rapid Heating

Miele’s TwinBooster function lets you concentrate the power of two induction zones into a single cooking zone when required. This provides especially rapid heating and gives you greater flexibility when preparing different dishes.

The hob also includes an auto heat-up function, minute minder, Stop & Go function, Recall function, keeping warm and keeping warm plus, helping you manage busy cooking sessions with ease.

Smart Miele@home Connectivity

With Miele@home, you can connect compatible Miele appliances using your smart devices. The KM7699FR induction hob also features Con@ctivity 3.0, allowing a compatible cooker hood to respond automatically when the hob is switched on or off.

The cooker hood extraction power can be adjusted automatically according to what is happening on the hob, helping to maintain a pleasant room climate. The appliances communicate via WiFi, integrating the hob and hood into Miele@home.

Easy Cleaning and Built-In Safety

The elegant ceramic glass surface is designed to be easy to clean, with wipe protection included for added convenience. Safety features include safety switch-off, a lock function, system lock, integrated cooling fan, overheating protection, residual heat indicator and fault monitoring.

Installation details

This hob is designed for independent, surface-mounted installation. Appliance dimensions are 942 x 526 x 52 mm, with a casing height of 45 mm including the connection box. Cut-out dimensions are 916 x 500 mm. The hob has a total rated load of 11 kW, requires a 230 V, 50-60 Hz electrical connection and includes a 1.4 m supply lead. Fuse rating, hardwiring requirements and clearance requirements are not provided and should be confirmed before installation.
