Powerful Extraction with Two Operating Modes

The Kaiser A 6315 SilEm Eco Empire offers a choice of two operating modes to suit different kitchen layouts and installations. Air extractor mode provides external fume extraction and is recommended for maximum performance capability, while odour absorber mode, also known as recirculation mode, allows internal filtering where external extraction is not possible.

With high extraction rates of up to 910 m³/h, this cooker hood provides three speed settings: low, medium and high. The simple 5-button control panel makes operation straightforward.

LED Lighting and Practical Handle

Two powerful LED lamps provide sufficient lighting over your cooktop while cooking. The polished handle also offers a convenient place to quickly hook a utensil, oven mitt or towel while you are busy in the kitchen.

Exhaust Air Extractor Mode

In exhaust air extractor mode, the metal grease filter purifies cooking vapours and smells by absorbing fatty constituents and other tiny particles found in kitchen fumes. The air exhaust pipes can be connected to the exhaust air conduction or directed outside.

Odour Absorber and Recirculation Mode

Where it is not possible to connect the cooker hood to a ventilation system, the Kaiser extractor hood can operate as a filtering system. The metal grease filter first absorbs fatty constituents and other tiny particles from cooking vapours.

Odorous substances and microparticles are then directed through the activated charcoal filter. The cooking vapours and fumes are subsequently returned to the kitchen after filtration.

Aluminium Corrugated Pipe

For exhaust mode, a 150mm diameter aluminium corrugated pipe is used. It is designed to be easy to use and assemble, can be bent as required and stretched along the necessary length.

As a lightweight product, the pipe does not require additional fixing to secure it. An adaptor is also included for connecting pipes with a 120mm conduit.

Long-Life Metal Grease Filter

The metal grease filter is made from stainless materials, including stainless steel and aluminium. During normal cooker hood operation, grease filters should be cleaned every two months, either in a dishwasher or manually using mild detergent or liquid soap.

Activated Charcoal Filter

The charcoal filters use chemically treated activated carbon with a high absorption capacity. The filter is capable of retaining particles of contaminating substances with a weight exceeding five times its own weight.

The carbon filter removes various smells, smoke and steam impurities during cooking. Charcoal filters installed in Kaiser cooker hoods are designed for odour absorption and recirculation mode.

Installation details
